Fire Clay Lofts

Located in the heart of RiNo, just 10-blocks from Coors Field, is the historic 1890’s brick Fire Clay Lofts warehouse. Originally the site of the Fire Clay Brick Co., 3225 Blake St is the only remaining historic building part of a four-acre mixed-use development that combines old warehouse industrial with new construction. 3225 Blake is comprised 30 authentic loft-style condominium residences with high ceilings, exposed brick, outdoor space, and oversized window The new Fire Clay Lofts were developed in the 1990’s, prompted by the rising demand for affordable workforce housing, Urban Ventures embarked on a ten-year project and delivered a new mixed-use, mixed-income project. The project consists of 14 separate structures including residential lofts, live/work units, and townhouses connected by open space, courtyards, and walkways.

Residents enjoy easy access to renowned neighborhood restaurants and breweries in one of Denver’s trendiest neighborhoods, six blocks to the A-Line Train at 38th/Blake and Zeppelin Station.
